1. Access & Setup

Provide a minimum 1-metre-wide clear access pathway between our delivery vehicle and the setup area.

Advise us before your booking of any steep driveways, stairs, restricted access, gates or other obstacles.

Additional charges may apply where access is difficult or restricted, as extra time and labour may be required.

We may refuse or cancel setup if safe access cannot be provided.

We will provide an approximate delivery time the day before your hire. Please ensure someone is available to provide access, as our drivers may be unable to wait for extended periods due to other scheduled deliveries. ⏰

2. Power Requirements

One 1 dedicated 240V / 2500W standard household power point is required.

No other equipment may be connected to the power point while the inflatable is operating.

Power boards and double adaptors are not permitted.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring suitable and safe power is available.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of delivery and setup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods:

4. Cancellations

Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

If delivery or setup has commenced, the full hire fee may still be payable.

Any refund or credit will be considered in accordance with these terms and the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Weather

Your safety and the protection of our equipment are our top priorities. 🛡️

We may cancel, postpone or pack down a hire if weather conditions become unsafe.

Unsafe conditions may include strong winds, storms, heavy rain, lightning or other hazardous weather. 🌩️

Border Bouncy Castles will make the final decision about whether an inflatable can safely operate.

If weather prevents safe use, we may offer a reschedule or credit, subject to availability and our cancellation/weather policy.

6. Supervision & Safe Use

Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.

The hirer must ensure all users follow the safety instructions provided by Border Bouncy Castles.

Users must remain within the manufacturer's recommended capacity, age, height and weight limits.

The following are not permitted: shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, face paint, silly string, pets or any other items that may damage or stain the inflatable.

Users must not climb on the walls, netting or roof, or engage in rough or unsafe behaviour.

The hirer must not move, unplug or alter the inflatable.

7. Damage & Cleaning

The hirer is responsible for the inflatable and all supplied equipment throughout the hire period.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, animals, sharp objects, food, drinks, face paint, silly string or other prohibited items may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

Excessive cleaning required after the hire may also incur an additional fee.

Notify Border Bouncy Castles as soon as possible if the inflatable becomes damaged or unsafe. ⚠️

8. Equipment & Pack-Down

Only Border Bouncy Castles staff may move, disconnect or pack down the inflatable unless otherwise authorised.

Keep the setup area accessible for pack-down at the agreed collection time.

All supplied equipment must remain at the hire location until collected.

9. Safety & Right to Refuse Use

Border Bouncy Castles reserves the right to stop or refuse use of an inflatable if we believe that conditions, behaviour, access, weather or equipment may create an unsafe situation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a booking, the hirer confirms that they:

Have read and understood these Hire Terms & Conditions.

Agree to comply with all requirements throughout the hire period.

Accept responsibility for the safe use, care and supervision of the inflatable and supplied equipment.

By booking with Border Bouncy Castles, the hirer accepts these terms.
